Which GLP-1 drugs could you qualify for?

Enter your stats. We check them against the FDA’s own prescribing criteria for all six drugs.

This is not medical advice. Results are a structured lookup of public FDA criteria — bring them to your doctor.

How This Works

Where the criteria come from

Every criterion comes directly from the FDA-approved prescribing information (the package insert) for each drug. We cite the NDA number, label revision date, and link to the full label PDF.

What we check

We compute your BMI from height and weight, then match it against each drug’s FDA indication. Weight-management drugs (Wegovy, Zepbound, Saxenda) require BMI ≥30, or BMI ≥27 with a weight-related comorbidity. Diabetes drugs (Ozempic, Rybelsus, Mounjaro) require a Type 2 diabetes diagnosis. Wegovy also has a cardiovascular risk reduction indication for patients with CVD and BMI ≥25.

What this is NOT

  • Not a diagnosis
  • Not a prescription
  • Not a recommendation
  • Not a substitute for your doctor
